NurseBridge 護理橋 帳號刪除說明

方法一：在 App 內自助刪除（建議）

1. 開啟 NurseBridge App 並登入。
2. 進入「我的護理檔案」。
3. 點選「帳號註銷」。
4. 閱讀提示後確認（若帳號設有密碼，需輸入密碼驗證）。

確認後帳號與資料會立即永久刪除，無法復原。

方法二：來信申請

若您已無法登入 App，請以註冊時的電子郵件寄信至 vmgsahm1@gmail.com，主旨註明「帳號刪除申請」。我們會在 7 個工作天內完成刪除並回覆。

會刪除哪些資料

• 帳號資料：電子郵件、顯示名稱、性別、出生日期、學歷、年級、修習課程
• 問卷作答內容與結果
• 每日 note（含心情狀態）
• 討論區貼文與回覆
• 影片觀看、頁面瀏覽等使用紀錄
• 登入憑證（Firebase Authentication 帳號）

會保留哪些資料

• 已去識別化的整體統計數據（不含任何可識別您身分的資訊）
• 您對他人內容提出的檢舉紀錄，保留 90 天以供處理後刪除

Delete Your NurseBridge Account

Developer: Takuma (NurseBridge 護理橋)

Option 1: In the App (recommended)

1. Open the NurseBridge App and sign in.
2. Go to "My Nursing Profile".
3. Tap "Delete Account".
4. Read the notice and confirm (if your account has a password, you will be asked to enter it).

Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: By email

If you can no longer sign in, email vmgsahm1@gmail.com from the address you registered with, subject "Account Deletion Request". We complete the deletion and reply within 7 business days.

Data that is deleted

• Account data: email, display name, gender, date of birth, education, grade, courses
• Questionnaire answers and results
• Daily notes (including mood)
• Discussion posts and replies
• Usage records such as video watch and screen view logs
• Sign-in credentials (Firebase Authentication account)

Data that is retained

• De-identified aggregate statistics that cannot identify you
• Reports you filed about other users' content, kept for 90 days for moderation and then deleted
