NurseBridge 隱私權政策

NurseBridge（以下稱「本 App」）是由開發者 Takuma 所提供的護理學生心理健康支援應用程式。我們重視並保護您的個人資料。本政策說明我們蒐集、使用與保存資料的方式。

1. 蒐集資料範圍

使用本 App 時，我們可能蒐集以下資料：

• 帳號資料：電子郵件地址（透過 Firebase Authentication 建立帳號）
• 個人檔案：顯示名稱、性別、出生日期、學歷、年級、修習課程
• 使用紀錄：問卷作答內容與結果、每日 note（含心情狀態）、職涯願景瀏覽紀錄、社群連結點擊、螢幕使用時間統計
• 裝置資訊：推播通知用的 FCM Token
• 對話內容：「護理對話」功能的訊息紀錄

2. 資料使用目的

• 提供本 App 核心功能（登入、問卷評估、日記、對話、推播通知）
• 改善服務品質與使用體驗
• 進行匿名化的使用行為分析

3. 資料儲存與保護

所有資料儲存於 Google Firebase 平台（亞洲-東部 1 區），透過 HTTPS 傳輸加密。僅具授權之管理員得以存取後台資料。

4. 第三方服務

• Firebase Authentication：帳號管理
• Cloud Firestore：資料儲存
• Firebase Cloud Messaging：推播通知
• Firebase Cloud Functions：後端運算

上述服務皆由 Google 提供，其隱私政策請參閱 Google 隱私權政策。

5. 使用者權利

您得隨時要求：

• 檢視本 App 所儲存之您的個人資料
• 更正或刪除您的個人資料
• 註銷帳號（可於「我的護理檔案」操作或聯絡我們）

NurseBridge Privacy Policy

NurseBridge (the "App") is a mental health support application for nursing students provided by the developer Takuma. This policy describes how we collect, use, and store your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email address (via Firebase Authentication)
• Profile data: display name, gender, date of birth, education level, grade, courses
• Usage data: survey responses and results, daily notes (including mood), career vision browsing history, community link clicks, screen-time statistics
• Device data: FCM token for push notifications
• Messages: content exchanged in the "Nursing Chat" feature

2. Purpose of Use

• Provide core App features (sign-in, assessments, notes, chat, push notifications)
• Improve service quality and user experience
• Anonymized usage analytics

3. Storage & Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase (asia-east1 region) and transmitted via HTTPS. Only authorized administrators can access backend data.

4. Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication — account management
• Cloud Firestore — data storage
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
• Firebase Cloud Functions — backend logic

5. Your Rights

You may request at any time to:

• Access your personal data stored in the App
• Correct or delete your personal data
• Delete your account (via "My Nursing Profile" or by contacting us)
